Vinny Gill
DIRECTOR OF BASKETBALL
Tae Norwood
A newcomer to Arrow Wood, Tae Norwood is currently the Head Coach at Palm Beach State College in West Palm Beach, FL. Previously, Tae spent three seasons as the head men’s basketball coach at Cal Poly Humboldt where he led the team to their first conference tournament appearance in four years.
Tae earned his first head coaching job in 2019 at Keiser University. During the 2019-20 season, his fast-paced style of play led his team to a 23-8 record, a share of the conference regular season championship, and a spot in the NAIA Tournament.
Coach Norwood came to Keiser after spending the previous six years at Lynn University, including five as the Associate Head Coach, where he oversaw the development of student-athletes.
Tae has four years of assistant coaching experience at the Division 1 level including, Georgia Southern, Florida Gulf Coast, and Grambling State. He also has four years of assistant
coaching experience at the Division II level and was a four-year player at Green Mountain College.
DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL
Quintus Reid
Quintus, born and raised in New Haven, CT, is with us at Arrow Wood for the second time in 2026. He brings nearly a decade of experience coaching football – at the high school and prep school levels – and 19 years as a player. Quintus currently serves as the wide receiver and strength & conditioning coach at East Coast Prep in Great Barrington, MA.
Quintus graduated from Dean College where he majored in communications, video production. While at Dean, he played wide receiver and was elected All-Conference four years in a row, won a conference championship, and was a two-time team captain. As a high school quarterback at Hillhouse High School, he won the state championship and was elected All-Conference twice (and also won two state championships in track and field).
In his free time, Quintus enjoys bowling, working out, video games, photography, and videography.
DIRECTOR OF TENNIS
Dani Gil Serrano
Dani Gil joined Arrow Wood in 2024 as the Director of Tennis bringing incredible passion, experience, professionalism, and integrity to the further development of our tennis program and curriculum. Dani transitioned to teaching nearly 25 years ago after playing tennis competitively. He has a unique way of instructing and motivating his players – and we’re excited to bring that to Arrow Wood.
Dani was previously the Tennis Director at Camp Towanda in Honesdale, PA where he worked for 10 years. In the off season, Dani is the owner and director of Focus Academy in Valencia, Spain. He is considered one of the most import tennis coaches in Spain and has worked with organizations such as the Santa Ana Sport Complex, Torrent Tennis Club, GMT Tennis Academy, and Tenis 92. He also has a Master’s Degree in Development, Innovation and Performance in Tennis from Universidad Isabel I.
DIRECTOR OF SOFTBALL
Holly Jones
As a dedicated and experienced sports professional, Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Camp Arrow Wood in her third summer with us. She is a two-sport Division 1 athlete in both softball and golf and has spent over 20 years coaching young people in numerous sports, including softball, golf, and beach volleyball. Holly is committed to fostering a love of sports in campers, helping them develop their skills and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
Holly graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She has since had a varied career – largely in the restaurant, event/catering, and home care industries. After starting at Arrow Wood in summer 2024 as our Director of Golf and Softball, Holly is now a member of our year-round team – bringing her enthusiasm, positivity, and thoughtfulness to Arrow Wood as our Associate Director & Girls Head Counselor.
DIRECTOR OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Jacob McNeice
Returning for his second summer, Jacob McNeice brings a diverse background in athletic performance and coaching. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
While at Springfield College, Jacob helped develop the rugby program’s strength and conditioning system and competed as a member of the team. He gained additional experience through internships q6 Williston Preparatory School and Quinnipiac University. He also worked as an Assistant Strength Coach at the University of Cork with the rugby program.
Jacob is the founder of Rip City Strength and currently works with United Soccer Group. He is passionate about helping athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience in a positive training environment.
HEAD OF BASEBALL
Josh Bissaillon
Returning for his third summer at Arrow Wood, Josh has worked with his fellow baseball coaches to create an exceptional program that our campers love. As a student at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Josh has been playing college baseball (third base/pitcher) for five years and was nominated this year to be a captain by his teammates and coach. He also played basketball for MCLA during the 2024-2025 season after not playing since his high school days. Josh loves working with children and helping them grow as athletes and competitors, as well as people. He firmly believes in using the game to teach life lessons that are relevant off the field as well.
A native of East Greenbush, NY, Josh is working to complete his bachelor’s degree in history and hopes to coach at a high level upon graduation. In his spare time, Josh enjoys working out and relaxing with friends
