Leaders and best.

Leaders & Best is a five-day leadership summit for rising high school sophomores and above.

This session offers an uplifting and intensive opportunity for student athletes to connect with peers, mentors, coaches, and inspiring speakers to deepen interpersonal, and leadership skills. ‘Leaders’ will explore public speaking, present/lead panel discussions, interact with youth mentors, and participate in peer to peer on court coaching sessions. Participants will begin the evolution from student to leader, laying the foundation for planning to work in the sports and entertainment industry, or continuing their journey to potentially becoming a college athlete. Students will dive deeper into topics impacting today’s high school students including mental health, diversity, racism in sports and more. Leaders & Best graduates have the opportunity to apply to be Leaders or Counselors in Arrow Wood’s camp programs.

Enrollment is limited to 100 Leaders.
