Camp Arrow Wood’s Explorer Day is designed for your child to get a “taste” of Camp Arrow Wood while giving parents an opportunity to see our facilities, meet the directors, and have an afternoon to enjoy the Berkshires!
Prospective Campers who attend our Explorer Day will experience a day of what Camp Arrow Wood has to offer. Campers will enjoy sports instruction, water activities, and digital media/art, while feeling the energy and enthusiasm of Camp Arrow Wood.
- 9:30 Arrival – Morning Matt Chat for Kids & Parents
- 9:45 Parent Tour/Kids Day Begins
- Period 1&2 Sports, Boating, Art
- LUNCH
- Period 3 Sports, Boating, Art
- Period 4 GAME TIME!
- Campfire Songs, S’mores & Stories with Stacey
- 3 PM Depart
At the end of the day, parents and campers will come together for a traditional campfire complete with songs, storytelling, and s’mores.
Explorer Day is open to families of prospective campers turning ages 8-15 in the summer of 2023.
